Children sit at tables with an adult and eat lunch together. They are encouraged to eat sandwiches and healthy food first. It is an opportunity to talk about how we keep healthy, and to socialise at a meal time. When they have finished the children are encouraged to pack away their lunch things and can then choose toys to play with.
On Friday afternoons we now run a later session until 2.45pm.
